unhappy fans need to make their voices heard
« on: November 24, 2013, 01:16:07 PM »
All of us fans who are unhappy with the program have the ability to let strollo know how we feel. We dont have to sit silently and allow this program to continue to deteriorate. I would suggest each fan write a letter to strollo directly. If you want wolford fired let him know that. If you want strollo fired then write a letter to the president

This is the only way any of us can expect things to change.

Letter writing isn't  going to do crap. There are large financial contracts at stake here. The financial side will dictate what happens from time on contracts to ticket sales and attendance.

Have to disagree on the letter writing. If you don't think the athletic department isn't keenly aware of this forum you are sadly mistaken.

The attendance figures for the last game, regardless of weather has spoken volumes. You have a team that need to win 1 game to make the playoffs and no one shows up. If the people thought we had a chance the place would have been packed even with bad weather. OSU was drubbing indiana and had the masses though there was a chance for us to win, they would have done their part. After our headscratcher vs UNI and the clinic on line play that NDSU gave us, the educated football fan made up their mind on our abiltiy to have a chance to win it all.

And one other thing, I as well as many Y-town naitives think offense is nice, but we really know that a nasty defense will always carry you further. Defense wins championships.
