If EIU could rack up 50+ on ISUr's "D" (2 OT's) YSU should get 42 in regulation. If ISUr scored 0 on SIU's "D" and 50+ on EIU's "D" (2 OT's) they should get 27 on YSU's "D".

My prediction;

42-27 YSU
