What did he do? Did it happened locally?

It doesn't say but my guess is he was drinking and caused a seen and cops were called and he resisted arrest.
Just a guess so don't count me on this.   Seems like his life unraveled beginning at the end of the season and continued to this arrest.  I am just speculating

Story all over local news but they are not saying anything yet.  Only misdemeanor offense so nothing too major.
