Who are the biggest rivals?
« on: March 20, 2023, 06:40:34 PM »
Since 2014, we—the students and professors of the Know Rivalry Project—have been answering this question for professional sports with the help of message board members. Now we are expanding our research to the Horizon League. Please help us ensure that Youngstown State are included by taking 9 minutes to complete our updated survey:

https://umassamherst.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3FdJ8eN2EgFCfCB?grpID=1472&mbsrc=SPB307

Our previous results have been featured in numerous sports media outlets, as well as the Wall Street Journal and New York Times. You can view those results, links to media coverage, and learn more about us at our KnowRivalry.com website.

Thank you for helping us to include Youngstown State by participating and please share this with any other fans that may also help.

I took the survey and the link worked.
If you click the link, it does not work.
You have to copy the entire link and paste it to the browser to open it.
Good luck.

Why do they do that?

I think when he copied and pasted the link, he must have inadvertently copied only part of the active link (as shown in red) instead of the entire link ( remaining link as shown in black).

My guess is this clunky text editing thing this website does that takes every instance of A-S-S and puts dollars signs in for the Ss. This would have broken the web link

Change the two dollar signs to letter 's' and it will work. I do not see a rival in the Horizon personally, but certainly I would choose the closer schools ... Cleveland, Moon Township, etc. The only rivals we ever had were in football (we even had trophies) but that is all done now.
