MVFC 2023 and 2024 Schedules

League schedules for the next two seasons are now posted on the YSU athletics main page. As expected, the league stayed with an eight game schedule.  In the next rotation we are missing Western Illinois, North Dakota, and North Dakota State.

After not playing UNI and South Dakota State this fall, both the Panthers and Jackrabbits return to YSU's schedule in 2023. The Penguins open the conference slate at the UNI-Dome in 2023 and close out the year with a visit by league-newcomer Murray State. The Guins and Racers last played in November 1987 at Stambaugh Stadium when both schools were members of the Ohio Valley Conference. In 2024, YSU begins the MVFC season at Missouri State.

The Penguins open the 2022 season on Sept. 3 when they play host to Duquesne at Stambaugh Stadium. Tickets and Penguin Club memberships are available by reaching out the Athletic Ticket Office at (330) 941-1978.
