Youngstown State offensive tackle Dan Becker and punt returner Jake Coates were tabbed preseason second-team All-Missouri Valley Football Conference by Phil Steele.
Coates, a senior, was a second-team All-MVFC pick last year, while Becker, a junior, was a second-team selection.
In 2019, Coates set the school record for punt return yards with 353 on 32 returns, an average of 11.0 per return. In MVFC games, had 21 returns for 193 yards while averaging 9.2 yards per return. Becker started all 12 games at left tackle for the Guins. He played every snap in eight contests during the campaign.
Additionally, sophomore defensive tackle DeMarko Craig Jr. was named to the third team.
