Players Back On Campus?

Does anybody on here know if/when the players will be allowed back on campus to start workouts?  My neighbor plays FBall at the 1-AA level and he is home here until late July.  I would think that the new coaching staff would want to have as many healthy kids around to work with as early as possible.

That's exactly what I thought.  Did the NCAA rule change allowing 2 weeks of walk-thru's with coaches before fall camp pass?  That is exactly what YSU and coach DP needs.
