It's like there are layers and layers of incompetence and lack of direction. So why are we adding this sport? How many people will watch it?  What is the payback and community interest? Now we have to pay a coach and have recruiting expenses and other operating expenses. Why not send that money to football?

Now he will need to hire a supervisor to supervise the Swimming AD's.
