At that height and weight I would move him over to d-line, seems a bit light and not likely to get any heavier after two years of college.

first, we don't know what he weights, only what is listed.  I see 280. 285, and 290.  This is a kid that came out of HS as a 6-4 220# TE and grew 2" and added at least 50# at JC.  at 280 he will outweigh every DE he will face by 20-30# already, but I wouldn't doubt he is 300 by fall camp.  This kid doesn't have the build, athleticism or speed to play DE.  This is an OL for sure.

He is listed as a dual threat QB. But at 5'9 1/2" and 4.8 sec for 40, are you sure he is a threat for either running or passing?

He's 6-4 lol, and a walk-on. Don't read too much into it.

My mistake.

When I Googled "Mitch Davidson", the QB with same name from "Columbiana, Ohio" showed up.
He was listed as  5'9 1/2" and 4.8 sec for 40.

I am not thinking DE, rather a DT instead of an OT.
