Time out. Let's think about this for a min. We have multiple injuries and we haven't won some close games. Think 18-22 year old mentality. I was worried about the close losses when they happened and the timing of them. The team suffers from a head case syndrome and injury affects. If we would have won one or 2 of the games I see things playing out differently. I don't care about the criticism that I get from this post, but I manage several young college graduates and they seem to be more affected by immediate results than those of older generations. I call it being a "head case" and the younger generations are more dependant of the success of everyone around them. They are less individualistic than previous generations so when a few get "down" they all do. Leadership in the younger generations is different than it was with recent previous generations (Greatest, Boomers, Gen x) They are less vocal and lead more by example. They expect others to notice what they are doing (maybe because their parents noticed everything they did by being helicopters). I think it is a more socialist mentality (the dependence on others) but the ironic thing is that they tend to support individual success. For an older person like me it can be confusing, but if you get into the detail they simply need true leadership which is lacking in their generation. Sometimes it is just vocal leadership....most communicate via text. Think about that. Texting and messaging and social media is the primary form of communication and they live in a world where they get what they want almost immediately. Instant gratification and no patience. You don't win a few close games.......it isn't worth the effort and no one to lead them out of it within the team.

he doesn't lie as much as he doesn't say anything. "we'll have to look at that" We'll have to see how he progresses" just "coach speak"
