In fairness to the city of Youngstown, it is private contractors who are cutting cables and working at a snail's pace. Consider that during World War II, we built entire industrial plants from scratch in under four months with 1940s technology. Ah, the modern American work ethic.

The new students apartment complex, the new book store, football tailgate lots, softball field and soccer field on the West side of campus will be completely cutoff from the main campus.
