Agree 100% There is a LOT we could be doing to improve the fan football experience. Look at what JMU is doing with club seating, etc. and you can see how far behind the curve the YSU Athletic Department is, but this is a very necessary first step.

know something about construction projects, I bet you left out the words "trying to fine a contractor that will do the project for our estimated price, from what I hear.

I would assume if they don't start construction here in the next few weeks, it'll be scratched until next year.
