Old article.  But this reminds me of the Steve McNair Alcorn State team.  Throws a ton in a crappy division.  Play a good team and get shutdown like they did against JMU.  That was so embarrassing.

The point is that Phil Longo was the WR Coach in Wolford's first year at YSU.  He ended up st Sam Houston and was recently hired as OC at Ole Miss?

I personally don't remember him as a coach and couldn't figure out your link to YSU.  Yes I do comprehend now.

I remember coach Longo. His wife was actually the women's  head basketball coach at Slippery Rock for awhile(my youngest sister was one of the team's manager for a season).
