Oh boy, here we go again.  This team costs me a small fortune in 50-50 tickets during football season! One of our tailgate group says if he wins he will almost break even.
Seriously, glad to do it for the girls and glad to see the team out working to raise funds every FB game.  Very proud of the great new facility for SB after years as a vagabond program.  Brings back memories of the FB team playing at Rayen, Struthers and Austintown Fitch!  We’ve come a long way baby!

Campbell does a very good job of recruiting and then developing hitters.  But he can not recruit quality pitchers.  Logically, his one full time assistant should have expertise in the pitching realm.  What we are doing now is not working.

Wick hit it on the head. Softball is controlled by pitching. We just played Coastal Carolina and Alabama who has dominating pitchers. We have a very good hitting team for the HL, but we  could not dent their pitching. We will be OK in the Horizon League because the league doesn't have dominating pitching.

The dominating pitching we had was Kelly Murphy which was 10-12 years ago.
