As the media is relocated into the new facility, their space on the west side will be converted into additional loges. As you note, that is where the money is. Yes, the demand for more loges is there. Strollo had said that there is a waiting list so those folks can now be accommodated. This is a double win! :)

Construction starts after the football season this year. Completed by football season 2017.
