Certain races and genders get preferential treatment regarding employment (and the opposite is true generally when dealing with people in blue costumes). I thought that was generally accepted. I could write a book about how I was discriminated against because of my race and gender. Just a fact.
1AA, your argument is that Slocum sucks, but we are trapped with him? Surely Slocum's performance isn't based on income. He's not giving half an effort for half the pay, I assume.

If the argument is that we cannot properly fund the #1 revenue sport in the HL, and we cannot and can never compete, then we have no business in the HL. This is the entire reason we shouldn't join the MAC. We cannot properly fund a competitive team. This is an administrative issue. Either way, this is malpractice on Strollo's part. Continued languishing as a bottom feeder endlessly is absurd. Either field a team that competes or find a suitable conference where we can compete.
