No teams scores were kept at the meet, which also featured Bowling Green, Eastern Michigan and Akron.
"We swam very well, especially for it being a season-opening meet," head coach Matt Anderson said. "The relay meet was a fun and exciting way to see what the freshman are capable of and where the returners are in relation to last season."

Youngstown -- The Youngstown State swimming and diving team will play host to six home meets before competing in the Horizon League Championship in Cleveland in late February, head coach Matt Anderson announced.
Anderson also named junior diver Cortney Harless and junior swimmers Becky Bertuzzi and Kim Hanley team captains for the 2005-06 campaign that begins Friday at Bowling Green's Tom Stubbs Relays.
The Penguins will open the home portion of their schedule at the Beeghly Natatorium with duals against Cansius and Marshall on Oct. 28 and Oct. 29. After the divers travel to Clarion for a diving invitational on Oct. 30, the squads will play host to Horizon League rival Cleveland State on Nov. 9. YSU will then travel to Akron twice, Radford, Notre Dame and St. Francis (Pa.) before taking on Denison on Jan. 28 and California (Pa.) on Feb. 3 at home. The full squad will wrap up its regular season with a double-dual against Cleveland State and Illinois-Chicago in Cleveland on Feb. 4, and the divers will compete in the YSU Diving Invitational on Feb. 12. The conference meet will be hosted by Cleveland State from Feb. 22 to Feb. 25.
Harless, Bertuzzi and Hanley represent the only upperclassmen remaining from a squad that lost 10 seniors from last year. Harless, a Steubenville native, competed her freshman year and rejoined the team midway through last season to add depth to the diving corps. Hanley was one of the team's top breaststrokers as a freshman and added distance freestyle to her arsenal last season. Bertuzzi, a native of Warren, returns as the squad's top swimmer in the 100- and 200-yard freestyle.
